It's hard...

The hardest thing for a new author is staying focused and motivated to keep going. Or at least that's one of my struggles. After being on a break I haven't written anything in about 4 weeks and I don't know how I got so off course. It started from my frustration with my current wip then I was on a two week sabbatical. This past week was crazy and I wasn't able to get back to the book. I told myself that I would do better this year with investing more into myself but it's hard. I mean I'm an avid reader and I want to read. But I'm currently sitting on 4 wips that I must bring to fruition. So now, I'm sitting here working on revisions and praying that these characters cooperate. Whew chile, the struggle. But it must be done. So, back to work I go.
